Walk No. 1 - Distance 5 miles - Ludlow to Racecourse.
Walk No. 2 - Distance 8 miles - Ludlow to Lady Halton to Brindgewood.
Walk No. 3 - Distance 5 1/2 miles - Ludlow to Mary Knoll Valley.
Walk No. 4 - Distance 7 miles - Ludlow to Stanton Lacy Area.
Walk No. 5 - Distance 5 miles - Ludlow to Priors Halton to Whitcliffe.
Walk No. 6 - Distance 5 1/2 miles - Ludlow to Tinkershill Wood.
Walk No. 7 - Distance 15 miles - Ludlow to Downton Castle to Bromfield.
Walk No. 8 - Distance 5 miles - Ludlow to Lower and Upper Evans.
Walk No. 9 - Distance 7 1/2 miles - Ludlow to High Vinnalls.
Walk No. 10 - Distance 7 miles - Ludlow to Caynham Fort.

Cyclists:-

Discover Shropshire by bike and try one of the four cycle routes:-

Route 1 - Racecourse Rendezvous -   A relatively flat, easy ride, passing Ludlow Racecourse and returning to Ludlow on a traffic free route through Oakly Park.

Total distance:- 8 miles (13km) - Total climbing:-   90 metres

Route 2 - Orchard Ride - Orchard Ride leads you through Tenbury Wells with its Round Market and Spa Pump Rooms.

Total distance:- 19 miles (30km) -Total climbing:- 180 metres

Route 3 - Leintwardine Loops - A choice of three loops along tranquill country lanes, taking in remote river valley scenery and including a traffic free trail through Mortimer Forest.

Total distance:-  One loop 8 miles (13km), two loops 16 miles (26km), three loops 23 miles (35km) - Total climbing:-  One loop 270 meters, two loops 500 metres, three loops 600 metres.

Route 4 - Edge of the Clee - An extremely rewarding ride, with a few challenging climbs, offering fantastic views of Clee Hill.

Total distance:-  18 miles (29km) -Total climbing:- 280 metres.

All four routes start from Ludlow railway station which has undercover cycle parking.

Open 7 days a week, 10.00am to 5.00pm.  Some Museums close to reduce their hours from November to March inclusive.  Broseley Pipeworks is open 1.00pm - 5.00pm in the main season only.  All Museums close 24th and 25th December.  26.5 Miles North of Ludlow.

Severn Valley Railway, Bridgnorth - 16 Miles of glorious countryside

Explore the Severn Valley Railway.

Trains operate every weekend throughout the year and daily between 7th May and 2nd October and main school holidays. 'Santa' Special trains operate on weekends in December with a daily service operating from Boxing Day through to the New Year. Access for disabled visitors on certain trains.  20 Miles North of Ludlow.
